Return and refund policy

At VARDAI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. Please read the following policy to understand our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Skincare products are non-returnable if the seal is broken (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Candles and diffusers must be unused and unlit to qualify for return.
  • Gift sets, such as discovery kits or bundles, must be returned as a complete set — individual items cannot be returned separately.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.
  • Your order number and details of the affected item(s).

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you're unsatisfied or received a damaged/defective item, we can process a refund provided the product is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned within the 7-day window

Once a product is opened or the seal is broken, it is non-exchangeable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • As store credit upon request.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us at customercare@vardai.in with your order details, including:
    • Order ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Payment/Transaction ID
    • Product information
    • Reason for return
  2. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach a clear video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
